Niki is a health writer, author, speaker, editor and commentator. She is the founding editor of Healthy Food Guide magazine and a frequent contributor to print, online and broadcast media in New Zealand. Niki has been involved in the food media for more than 20 years and serves on the Board of NZ Nutrition Foundation.

Karen is a health writer who creates content for some of Australia’s leading wellness brands, publications and programs. She is motivated by the challenge of translating fresh nutrition research into no-nonsense, practical advice. When she’s not thinking about what to put on her own plate for good health, she studies canine nutrition to help her four-legged family stay well, too.
